This will be sent to customers in your area anytime they inquire. If you would like extra promotion of your farm, including specials and deliveries etc., read below.
Hi farmer friends,
I wanted to introduce you to my farmer promotional program. I receive emails every day from folks looking for raw dairy and other products in areas from all over the state. I also receive emails every day from farmers asking me to promote this or that from their farms and it consumes a lot of my time. I will always and forever send farmer names and contact info for free to all customer inquiries from their area. But I am very often getting requests from farmers who want me to do more for them than just sending their basic contact info. They want me to do more promotion because they want more customers and need my promotion in order to grow their business.
New people join Tennesseans For Raw Milk every single day. Because of my website, thousands of people across the state are discovering TN raw dairy farmers. In terms of views, this is highly-rated and highly-trafficked website.
I am all about small farmers in this state. My personal mission is to help them succeed. For the past 10 years I have been promoting and talking about small raw dairy and organic farmers, emailing my members all the time about them with their information. Since working with Rep. Frank Niceley and getting the “Cow-Share Bill” passed in 2009, I have witnessed the exponential growth of raw dairy farms in our state and I believe there are actually now more raw dairy farmers in our state than conventional dairy farms. The success and growth of small farmers has been phenomenal. My goal is to continue that success and make it better.
So I have designed a new FARMER PROMOTION program. There are 3 levels to the program and the subscription commitment is for 1 complete year before renewal.

Level 1: For $19.95 per month, you as a farmer can have your name and farm information listed on my Tennesseans For Raw Milk website with a link to YOUR OWN FARM WEB PAGE on the site. The page will be a bit like having your own website hosted by me. It will have all kinds of information about the farm, including what products are offered and where the farm is located….any info the farmer wants really. And I will do ONE INTRODUCTORY EMAIL blasted out to the thousands of people across the state that are potential customers, letting them know your page is up on the site and promoting you a bit. The introductory email will encourage people to visit your page and will have a link to it.
It can have several pictures of the farm, and will include a description of the farm, the animals, the feeding practices, and the share program, pricing and delivery. I can help give ideas on what to send and what to have on the web page. Note that with this level, there is no active ongoing email promotion by me. But people who visit my website will have access to your web page as much as they want. And since the website is visited every single day by many people looking for these exact products, that is a lot of traffic and a lot of exposure and advertising. Traffic = sales.

Level 2: For $39.95 per month you as a farmer can have the PAGE ON THE WEBSITE as described above, including the INTRODUCTORY EMAIL BLAST when the web page is up, and in addition to that I will send out ONE EMAIL PROMOTION EVERY 2 MONTHS FOR YOU about the farm, and whatever specials on products the farmer is offering. This goes out to thousands across the state. Again, very good exposure and advertising, to targeted customers, people who want exactly what you have.
So, for example if you need your poultry promoted that month, just let me know and I will send it out. If you are delivering chickens to a certain area on a certain day the next month, I will send that out to the thousands of people as well. Your name and farm products will be in front of a lot of people, a lot of the time. You will always receive a copy of all promotions I am doing, so you will always know what the customers are seeing.

Level 3: For $59.95 per month, you as a farmer can have THE FARM WEB PAGE ON THE WEBSITE as described above, a PROFESSIONALLY PRODUCED VIDEO ABOUT THE FARM, and A PROMOTIONAL EMAIL ABOUT YOUR FARM SENT OUT ONCE A MONTH. The video will be a 3 to 5 minute VIDEO showing the farm and will be included on your web page. I will come out to the farm and make that video, unless you already have one done that you would like.
The video will cost $399 to make and that is a one-time cost. The cost covers my travel and time at your farm, maybe an overnight stay in a hotel depending on location, and editing and publishing the video to the site.
With this package, I will also send out 1 promotion every month regarding any products or special offers you have going on. This is pretty aggressive advertising. It’s a very targeted marketing program.
“Yes, I would like to subscribe for 12 months to the TFRM Level 3 Marketing Plan. I understand I will be charged $59.95 per month from the date of signing up. I also understand I will be billed separately through a Paypal invoice for the $399 video cost. I agree to all terms and conditions.”
Again, the advantage to having a page on my website is that it is a highly-trafficked and visited website, and you will get lots of exposure and benefits from my promotion of your farm. And not only that but with all the promotion that I do, you will receive lots of advertising to the exact customers you want.
